Navi Mumbai is stratigically located on the Mumbai Pune 'Knowledge Corridor'.CIDCO has already set up an Hi-Tech IT PArk at Vashi. CIDCO has also planned its second IT Park at CBD Belapur. MIDC has also developed the Millennium Park at Mahape. About 100,000 computer professionals are expected to be stationed in Navi Mumbai during the next three to five years. CIDCO is also planning to lay optic fibre cables in all of Navi Mumbai
